Billing Policies & Setup Help
What is the minimum monthly billing?
To ensure quality server maintenance and database scoping, we enforce a minimum monthly billing threshold representing 100 students for all schools on Growth/Pro tiers.
Can we cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. We do not enforce lock-in contracts. You are billed month-to-month. If you decide to cancel, we provide a full export of your school data (students, fees, attendance history) in structured Excel files.
