Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: June 5, 2026

1. Cancellation of Subscription

A school admin can request cancellation of their School Matrix ERP subscription at any time. To cancel your service, please submit a written request via email to billing@blogmatrix.com. Upon verification, the billing cycle will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund rules are established based on your subscription billing frequency:

  • Monthly Plan: Monthly fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to the portal until the end of the paid month, and no further monthly charges will apply.
  • Annual Plan: If you purchase an annual subscription and decide to cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Setup & Onboarding Fees: Any initial setup, bulk data import assistance, or custom domain routing fees are completely non-refundable once the setup work has been initiated.

3. Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of approving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original bank account, UPI, or corporate credit card used during registration.

4. Student Fee Collection Refunds

Please note that School Matrix ERP is an administration platform. Any disputes, chargebacks, or refunds concerning student fee payments collected via online gateways integration must be handled directly between the school administration and the respective guardian. Blog Matrix does not manage, settle, or arbitrate student-parent financial transactions.

5. Billing Discrepancies

If you believe there has been an error in your monthly usage invoice (e.g. incorrect student strength count), please raise a dispute within 30 days of receiving the invoice. We will audit the system enrollments log and, if verified, issue a credit note or adjust your next billing cycle.
